Villas | Dotted sparingly along the beachfront, Kokomo’s 21 beachfront villas each feature a private infinity pool, panoramic ocean views and direct beach access. Choose from one, two or three bedroom configuration on Kokomo’s East Beach (Sunrise Villas) or West Beach (Sunset Villas). Residences: | Kokomo’s five expansive residences offer an unforgettable escape for multi-generational families and friends traveling together. Positioned on the hilltops, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, each residence offers captivating views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy all the benefits of the beachfront villas, as well as a dedicated butler and nanny for the full duration of your stay. The residences range from three to six bedrooms.

Beach Shack | Positioned on the absolute beachfront, Beach Shack champions locally caught seafood, seasonal herbs and vegetables, harvested from the resort’s 5.5-acre farm. Choose to dine indoors or take in unparalleled ocean views from the restaurant’s open-air deck. Walker d’Plank | Tucked within a sheltered cove, this casual restaurant and bar specializes in Asian-inspired street food. The restaurants no menu policy creates a point of difference, with the chef tailoring dishes based on the best seasonal produce. KokoCabana | Situated on the main resort pool, adjacent to the Kids and Teens Clubs, Kokocabana is a relaxed poolside restaurant, serving wood-fired pizzas, burgers and gelato. This family favorite is best enjoyed after an active day in the sun.
